Okay, friends, we did it. It is the Triduum, and it is the holiest time of the whole year. And tonight, on Holy Thursday night, Jesus and the Eucharist are taken out of all the tabernacles in all churches and placed in a special place in the church. Tonight, Jesus goes from the Last Supper to the Garden of Gethsemane to pray with His apostles. And He asks the apostles that powerful, powerful question, “Will you not spend just one hour with me?” Here is Jesus knocking at the doors of our hearts. Asking us to spend an hour with Him. Just like Anna asks Elsa, “Will you just spend time with me?”
Whatever you’re doing tonight, drop what you’re doing. Go to your local church and spend time with Jesus in the garden so that we can prepare with Him for Good Friday. Because if we don’t spend time with Him now, eternity will be boring.

Keys to the Kingdom
We live in a culture of life hacks. We can make anything more effortless and more efficient. There are life hacks for finding flights online, cooking eggs, and dating relationships. And when it comes to your dating relationship, please do not use any hacks. We can make things so easy and comfortable. Do we need the Lord? There will be a moment in our lives…
Bible study mode activate. The first reading for this Sunday from Isaiah is fire. God is speaking to the people of Israel, saying, “I will place the keys of the House of David on the shoulder of Eliakim. When he shuts it, no one will open it. And when he opens, no one shall shut. When the king is away, Eliakim, you are in charge.” We see this again in the Gospel. Jesus says…

Let Jesus Satisfy
St. John the Baptist might be the original hipster, organic locusts, honey, vintage camel hair, but more importantly, he was the first to point to Jesus and say, “Behold the Lamb of God.” He reminds us that only Jesus can truly satisfy. Even our best moments can still feel incomplete. One student described the “best day of her life” surrounded by everyone she loved… yet something was missing. She realized that missing piece was Jesus. Joy is good but without Him, it never feels whole. This Advent, get your priorities straight: let Jesus be the one who fills what nothing else can. Point to Him, stay focused, and don’t waste the weeks leading up to Christmas.

Something Greater Than Ourselves
Let’s talk about my dad. So when I was a kid, about a year ago… One of my most formative things was seeing my dad pray on his knees, praying to someone more important than him. As a kid, I saw my dad as the supreme commander of the universe. Seeing him answer to someone even more significant than him, loved by someone even greater than him, was so freeing for me just to be a kid and loved…
