Series on Jesus and the Jubilee by Dr. John S. Bergsma (Part 1)
What does fasting in Lent mean to you and Jesus? Fasting on food for health benefits is good; however, fasting to bring us closer to a relationship with Jesus is something else entirely. Fasting is also an opportunity to feel the hunger in our bodies so that God can come and fulfill our hunger in the most profound ways. In this episode, we’ll dive deeper into fasting and how we can say No to ourselves through simple sacrifices and say Yes to create more space for intimacy with Jesus.

From Me to You
Have you experienced being confined to self-centeredness? Sometimes, we can have a pretty self-focused approach to our lives where it’s all about what we need or want.
