Love is not jealous. We are all made unique with our different talents. We should appreciate these talents that God has given us and thank him for these gifts. Don’t hide it. You will remember the one in the Bible who went and hid his own talent. The Lord was not happy, not because he didn’t bring any fruits, more like others who brought 10 and got another 10 of the one who had five and brought another five, but he went and hid his talent. Some of us don’t make use of our talents. We just keep looking at others. “I wish I’m here. I wish I’m this. I’m this.” No!
Find out your own talent, develop it, use it for the greater glory of God and you will be fulfilling the Lord in that place. You align your will with that of the Almighty God and you will be happy.

Yearning For God
Listen. I haven’t tried to die, so I can’t explain what I don’t know. But this is what I’m trying to say: there is a struggle in that moment of death. All hope is almost lost. And suddenly, it is clear that this person is about to die. Saint Augustine said, “We yearn for the Lord.” That yearning for God may come fully to you. At that moment, you have no more hope of anything other than the God who made you, who you are…
