Think you’re being called? Check this out. Calling into the religious life is the spirit that directs, and you must pay attention to the Holy Spirit. Because people are called in different ways, but there is that inner conviction that you follow. I know people who are just attracted by the habit of a religion, and they joined. And you remember that the Lord lured Moses by the burning bush. So the Lord can attract you through different things to enter religious life. God calls in various ways. Sometimes, you don’t even know what you are doing. But the important thing is to follow. The problem these days is that some people will wait to see clearly. You can never see clearly because you don’t know tomorrow. So be attentive to the voice of the Holy Spirit that is nodding you for something, and then follow. But you have to say yes. Just keep moving. Be open to the spirit. Have faith, and keep praying.
